In addition to the district’s focused learning activities, the Tennessee Department of Education has partnered with PBS stations across the state to offer at home learning via their stations.  Beginning Monday, April 6th, WTCI, our local PBS station, will broadcast lessons from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. each school day as well as four (4) hours of content which will stream overnight.  Please consult a TV guide for those specific hours.  The content will be developed and provided by Tennessee educators in partnership with the Tennessee Department of Education and meets a critical need to ensure all students have access to high-quality learning opportunities, regardless if their home has internet connectivity or capable devices.

While "sheltering in place" be sure to travel the world virtually. The world is home to a plethora of fascinating ancient ruins, from crumbling cities to temples that have withstood the test of time. Many of these ancient societies were incredibly innovative and forward thinking.
